Très bien, merci Translate this opinion into English.

A work to see absolutely, very moving. Our guide spoke very clearly, in English, she knew how to manage the early closing of the church. A setback for the organization (visit postponed by one hour) but well managed (received e-mail with request for confirmation). Very well thank you Opinion translated. Show original.

Pessimo.

Terrible. We arrived 30 minutes early and when it was time to enter, we were informed that the tour had been canceled. According to the provider, it was not possible to notify us because Civitatis does not pass on contact information or messages. They said a refund was issued, but we haven't received anything so far. The provider scheduled another day to correct their mistake, but if they issued a refund, why haven't I received it? I booked with Civitatis, but at the time I had to manage as a local provider. If that's the case, it's better to make the reservation directly.

Contrary to what was reported: There was no yellow umbrella or anyone in yellow in the square; The ticket and radio distributor was not at the indicated location but about 50 meters away There had been a funeral mass and the number of people present complicated the identification of the location and the guide, so the indicated location should not be changed; Other than that, everything was fine.

Seeing the last supper painting was beautiful! However, our guide had extremely broken English and we couldn’t actually hear not understand her at all. She was also sick and continuously coughed into the mic. We honestly had no idea what she was saying the entire time and I felt like this tour was a complete waste of money. We were really looking forward to this tour so it was very disappointing. We ended up just looking up the history of the church and the painting online during the tour.

Our guide was a truly lover of art and history, which made everything more amazing! Great option for a first time ️ Maybe the next times you can take just the regular ticket.

GOSTARIA DO MEU REEMBOLSO! No aguardo

The schedule was changed without me being properly informed since I am on vacation and have limited access to emails. The time change was made without my consent and without proper communication, which caused me to show up at the location at the INITIAL AGREED TIME, and when I contacted via WhatsApp, I was informed of the change and that the visit was at the end. In other words, WE DID NOT COMPLETE THE VISIT due to a unilateral change. I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND! Awaiting response.
