    The activity was great. First, we had a talk to explain the basics and what we were going to do. Then we got our equipment and went to the dive site. Once there, the instructors were very attentive and clearly knew what they were doing. They guided us every step of the way, explaining everything we needed to adapt to the dive: breathing, equipment use, movement, and so on. Highly recommended!
